Huawei band pro

Hey guys how’s it going hope you’re good today we’re going to be looking at the 4th version of huawei band pro I’ve had this fitness band for about a week and  we’re going to do a review on how good it is and we’re going to see if it’s worth buying this is one of the slightly more expensive fitness bands out right now however it is one of the more advanced ones it has some cool tracking features it’s one of the better ones that I’ve tried I also have me band 4 which is about a year old  now we’re just going to look at the huawei band pro and see if it is worth getting so let’s go

Highlighting Features

This version of huawei band pro features an internal GPS a heart rate monitor sp02 tracker and an infrared monitor which enables it to track a lot of health and fitness metrics it features an attractive comfortable design it’s slightly on the curved side as opposed to most other fitness bands like me band 4 which is entirely kind of straight there are other versions of this fitness band there’s the huawei band 4 and the huawei band pro.

Now, this kind of takes away some of the tracking features, and I don’t think they’re worth it. It’s not that much more expensive and it comes with all of the tracking features that you should expect from a fitness band in 2020. Now let’s just go straight into the technical specifications then we’ll talk about what it’s like to use on a day-to-day basis

so the fourth version of the huawei band pro features 0.95-inch ammo led color display with a resolution of 240 by 120 pixels the size of the watch is 45 millimeters for the main body 19 millimeters wide and 11 millimeters thick and it weighs 25 grams it features a six-axis imu sensor that’s an accelerometer and a gyroscope it also features an optical heart rate sensor and an infrared wear sensor it also features internal GPS it has a battery life of between 5 and 12 days that will depend on how you use it which features you activate and how long you use them for its waterproof up to 50 meters and it uses Bluetooth 4.2.

Display

Now as I mentioned it features ammo led color display and I find it to be one of the better displays I’ve ever seen in a band smartwatch so as the huawei band pro features probably the most vivid colors the sharpest icons I’ve seen on a fitness band or a smart band and that is due to the AMOLED display and the fairly high resolution of 240 by 120 pixels and on a screen that’s just 0.95 inches that is plenty of pixels to create sharp icons and images the body of the band4 pro like I mentioned before is slightly curved

Now I quite like slightly curved displays on watches I think it looks more natural on your wrist now it depends what kind of wrist you have some peoples have more curved or more flat it’s going to depend on which one is more comfortable for you but I think the slightly curved body and the curved display looks pretty good and I find it more comfortable to wear really at 11 millimeters thick it’s pretty skinny as well.

So I have used other fitness bands which have been thicker I mean the difference between them is not going to be massive but I don’t find the thickness to be a problem at all it’s one of the least thick fitness bands that I have used the band 4 pro has no physical buttons it does have a kind of touchpad at the rear of the screen which allows you to activate it.
