–          1.5 cup of Sprouted Ragi powder by Slurrp Farm

–          1/3 cup of ghee

–          ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

–          Add 1/3rd cup of ghee in the flour.

–          Once the ghee melts, mix it with the flour.

–          Continue to stir and roast this mixture for 5 to 7 minutes. Timing will vary depending on the pan’s material, size, and thickness.

–          Taste the flour, ensure it has a crunchy taste.

–          Then turn off the heat and set the pan aside. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.

–          Then add in 3/4 cup jaggery powder.

–          Allow this ragi ladoo mixture to cool before mixing everything together thoroughly with your hands and breaking up any small lumps.

–          750ml water

–          1 cup Multigrain Pasta

–          3Tbsp. oil

–          ½ tsp Salt

–          1/4th cup onion, capsicum, tomato (finely chopped)

–          ½ tsp pepper powder

–          2 tsp cheese

–          1Tbsp tomato sauce


–          Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.

–          Mix in the salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, and the pasta.
