In a wide variety of usage in the field of electrification adhesive tapes, EMC and thermal management solutions are employed. It performs numerous tasks including shielding antennas, electronics and heat conducting, transformer and electric motor insulation and is suitable for fitting LEDs and components on printed circuit boards.

Displays

Displays may be linked more thinly and reliably with sticky tapes. Positioning guides and tabs also ensure accurate and quick montage. Besides the basic glueing, sticky tapes can be incorporated to support the display in an optical manner. They act as protection against splitting, reduce troublemaking and increase reading.

Thermal management

Electronic gadgets are becoming tiny and hence more likely to impact each other’s components or devices. The impacts and interference may be electrical or electromagnetic (EMI). We aim to build compatibility between electromagnets (EMC). This indicates that the gadgets or components do not interfere. We utilise specific EMC materials to reflect and absorb electromagnetic waves for this purpose. The heat development in tiny housings is typically an additional concern. Thermal pads and tapes can be used to disperse the heat, and safeguard vulnerable electronics. We will help you in finding the best solutions for sound damping adhesive.

Light Blocking

Especially for displays, the precise use or prevention of the penetration of light in incorrect areas is an essential issue. The light can only shine through with special adhesives in the appropriate region – without harming other places. They can be used to attach the glass cover plate and protect it against vehicle vibrations, depending on the layout.

Protective films

We manufacture unique, exactly fit protection films that prevent harm to displays and high-quality materials for example, whether colourful, transparent, flame retardant, very stretchy, with high temperature or UV resistance. We can provide you the best BLU adhesive.

Batteries

Self-adhesive material might offer twofold advantages in the battery sector. It guarantees battery cells, modules, or cooling plates, on the one hand, are fixed and connected. On the opposite side of the battery are isolated by electrical insulation tapes such as polyester, which prevent the overvoltage of the battery. Sheaths are suitable for protecting the battery from the influence of heat – they may resist extremely high temperatures, depending on the choices of adhesive tape. This prevents harm to the battery cell and simultaneous dissipation of the heat.

Electrical Tape vs Duct Tape

When it comes to electric circuits, the major distinctions between electrical tape and duct tape must be recognised and understood. The following are some of the most essential points:

Duct tape is a hybrid adhesive taper, typically accessible from a fabric back, covered by a thin polyethylene layer or equivalent flexible plastic.

Duct tape is designed to provide a flexible adhesive covering that adheres to a wide range of materials to a fair extent. It offers specific humidity resistance levels despite the fact that it is technically not waterproof under difficult situations.

Although technically speaking, it is not an electrically isolating substance but offers slightly greater protection against exposed wires, the tube tape does not work for proper live current protection.

The duct tape might be combustible if significantly heated. The tubes are not very robust and are degraded quite rapidly when compared with most specialised electrical tapes in negative circumstances (ironically, for this reason they cannot easily be used for ductwork). Generally, the electric tape is composed of stretched vinyl or PVC to give superior current insulation.
