MANUFACTURING PROCESS BY INJECTION MOLDING:

CLAMPING: (mold setup)

The clamping unit holds two parts of injection mold together before the injection and cooling steps take place. Hydraulic pressure closes the mold. From here, the cycle of plastic injection begins.

INJECTION: (plastic extrusion and molding)

Insert thermoplastic into the container at the high heating point. Once it turns into molten liquid, the screw placed in the machine extrude the heated liquid. Then inject it into the mold.

Apply the constant pressure throughout the gate, sprue, and runner ensuring that mold cavity gets filled. Follow this necessary step to maintain the desired shape.

COOLING:

Once the mold covered with molten thermoplastic, let it cool and solidify. The cooling time needed depends on the use of hardened material.

When the cooling process stops, the clamping unit open and remove the mold from it.

EJECTION: (release)

Ejection is the final step to reveal the final plastic parts from the mold.
